From the West: Take I-94 East to Marion Street/Kellogg Blvd (241A). Veer into the right hand lane on Concordia Avenue. Turn right onto Kellogg Boulevard. Turn right at 7th Street. We are there on the corner.
From the East: Take I-94 West to the Marion Street exit (241A). Marion turns into Saint Anthony. Turn left onto Marion. Marion turns into Kellogg Boulevard. At the bottom of the hill, turn right at 7th Street. We are there on the corner.
From the North: Take 35E South towards Saint Paul. Follow to I-94 West. Take I-94 West to the Marion Street exit (241A). Marion turns into Saint Anthony. Turn left onto Marion. Marion turns into Kellogg Boulevard. At the bottom of the hill, turn right at 7th Street. We are there on the corner.
From the South: Take 35E to the Kellogg Boulevard exit (106B). Turn right onto Kellogg Boulevard. At the bottom of the hill, turn right at 7th Street. We are there on the corner.
From the Airport: Leaving the airport, stay to the left side of the road and follow the signs that read “to St. Paul” on Highway 5. Highway 5 turns into West 7th Street. Follow West 7th Street for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto Chestnut Street. Go one block and turn onto Smith Avenue. Go one block and turn right onto Kellogg Boulevard. Turn right at 7th Street. We are there on the corner.
Parking
Parking ramp entrance: There are two entrances into the Premier Parking ramp located behind The Liffey and Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown. One entrance is on Kellogg between Smith and 7th Street on the right hand side. The other entrance is behind the Holiday Inn building. To access, turn into the drive directly past The Liffey, going west on 7th Street. Circle around the Holiday Inn employee parking lot to the parking ramp entrance.
Parking meters are enforced Monday – Saturday from 8am-4:30pm in St. Paul. Parking meters are not enforced on government holidays.
